Services Charter
The Service Charter is the tool we want to use to communicate the principles and commitments our work entail: to improve both Trenitalia's performance and our customers' satisfaction.
Following the idea of charter statements pursued in latter years, we have paid special attention to speaking more plainly with our customers: our texts read more easily with less red-tape jargon, our goals are expressed more simply and there is general more transparency.
The editorial plan provides as follows:
1 "Passengers Service Charter" for customers of regional, national and international trains,
21 "Regional Service Charter" for customers of each Region
1 "Logistics Service Charter"
The Charter is available in two formats: on paper, with a new graphic layout to make reading more pleasant and on line, in full format , and with easy access to all the information in our site. You can thus read more into the topics dealt with by the Services Charter and access information that is always up to date.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Consumer Associations, disabled persons and environmentalists for the important contribution they have made to our 2006 Services Charter.
