On-line ticket purchases by credit card

If you want to buy tickets online by credit card, please note that it is currently not possible to receive an invoice online. In the event of need, select "Self service" as the delivery procedure and request the invoice at the station ticket desk after picking up the ticket from the self-service machine.





Lost property


If you have lost personal effects on board a train or while at the station, you can go to the Customer Service offices for information on whether they have been found.

On an experimental basis, in the stations of (*) Roma Termini, Venice S.L. (island) and Venice-Mestre (mainland), Verona P.N., Genova P.P. and Genova Br. Firenze SMN (Florence), Napoli (Naples) C.le, Bari C.le, Torino PN, Palermo C.le and Bologna C.le,
Assistance staff will - after locating the lost item in their records - give the owner an identification ticket, which must be handed in at the station Left Luggage (Deposito Bagagli) point. The items delivered to the Left Luggage points, which are operated by the company "Grandi Stazioni", are kept until the 60th day from the date of receipt, after which they are donated to a certified non-profit humanitarian organisation.

In the other stations where Customer Service is provided, the Assistance staff will take custody of items found only for the time strictly necessary to arrange for their delivery to the relevant municipal offices. Customers must therefore refer to such offices for information.
For items lost in all the other stations where there is no Customer Assistance office, searches must be made at the competent offices of the municipality where the station is found.
