To change
date and time of
your tickets with simultaneous place booking (on Eurostar Italia, Eurostar Italia Alta Velocità, Intercity Plus, couchette service, WL and Excelsior and for IC, ICN and Express trains only in ticketless procedure), you must use the Booking Code (PNR) and Booking Change Code (CP), which are printed on the tickets (see
examples) or were sent by e-mail when buying.
The change is possible from this site, by using the Self service tellers or, again, by telephone (either from the Call Center 892021 or the issuing travel agency). You can also go to the ticket desks or agencies after printing the receipt.
Booking changes (also for purchases made with ticketless procedure) are free of charge in the following cases:

an unlimited number of times from the day of purchase until booked train's departure;

only once after booked train's departure and until 3 hours after, or until 24 hours afterwards for Flexi AV, Flexi T-Biz tickets or tickets issued under the Flexi offer for other train categories. Changes after departure are not allowed for tickets issued under the Socio ("Member") offers.
Booking changes of
TrenOK tickets can only be made at the ticket desks and issuing travel agencies. There is a charge of 5 euro.
