BOOKKING YOUR PLACE WITH A CLICK is even easier than before
PostoClick is the Trenitalia service that allows you to book a ticket on-line quickly and easily and confirm it afterwards, paying at one of the authorized points.
Starting today, PostoClick is even more flexible. You can book tickets up until 24 hours before train departure (48 hours if Couchette or Wagon Lit).
To confirm your reservation, you must make payment within 24 hours from the time of booking and at latest 24 hours before train departure (48 hours before if Couchette or Wagon Lits).
For example:
today at 17.00 you can book a tickets for an ES* that departs tomorrow at 19.00 and you must make payment to confirm reservation by 19.00 today.
After these deadlines, the booking is cancelled without any extra cost.
How to book
Through the Trenitalia.com website by following the normal purchasing procedure and, when shown the purchase summary, choosing to buy by Deferred payment
Through the Call Center by calling 89 20 21 operative every day 24 hrs (see the cost).
By TIM mobile phone able to connect to the Internet (see how)
After booking, you will be given your PNR code (by e-mail or Telephone Ticket Service) with which you can afterwards complete the purchase and pay at one of the authorized points.
Where to pay Postoclick
You can make payment at:the 19,000 Sisal offices * (in cash)
the over 3,300 UNICREDIT BANK Cashpoints * (with Cashpoint cards of any bank)
the 3400 authorized travel agencies * (in cash, cashpoint, or credit card)
the self-service tellers in the stations or the ticket desks in those stations without self-service tellers. (cash, cashpoint, credit card)
the Customers Area of this website (by credit card)
You can make up to three bookings at the same time with PostoClick (6 if you are a CartaViaggio holder).
You can use PostoClick for journeys on these trains: Eurostar Italia, Eurostar City Italia, Alta Velocità, Intercity, Intercity Notte (night), Express trains and TrenOk. PostoClick cannot be used for international journeys, cumulative services, Travel-/Discount Cards, or for the tickets provided for by the integrated regional transport tariff systems.
