The offer is open to all customers who use Internet (this site), or the Telephone Reservation Service 89.20.21 - option 2, to be dialled without the area dialling code, from either a land line or mobile phone, available every day between 9 am and 9 pm, of ticket offices, travel agents or the self-service ticket machines, to buy a valid ticket for the new Eurostar Link service, which combines travel on a Eurostar Italia train with a journey on a luxury coach.
The offer covers the chance to purchase a ticket from and to Siena or Ravenna for all ES* connections from and to Florence and Bologna. Ticket prices are the same as for the ES* service, with a 10 euro supplement for Siena and a 12 euro supplement for Ravenna.
Tickets are valid only for the day and train reserved.
It is also possible to purchase just the coach service ticket, in which case tickets are valid for the day and service reserved and do not need to be punched.
Before the departure of the first train/service booked, you can make as many changes to your ticket or to your train/service reservation as you need to, without paying any supplement.
After the departure of the first train/service booked, you have up to 24 hours to make one change, with a supplementary charge of € 3, to your reservation for both unused tickets or of the train/service yet to be used.
Changes by phone or Internet are possible for coach tickets only.
80% refunds are available before the departure of the first train/service booked. Alternatively, passengers can ask for a bonus coupon with the same value as their ticket to be used within six months from the day of issue, including this one, for the purchase of Trenitalia tickets. The coupon does not entitle passengers to receive any difference in price and will not be issued if, after application of the 20% cancellation fee, the amount is equal to or less than € 8 per passenger.
After departure of the first train/service booked, passengers have up to 24 hours to claim a 50% refund, after which time no refunds will be available.
Refunds are available for the unused train journey or service only in the event of interruption to the journey and must be requested in the station where the journey is interrupted.
The bonus for late arrival or non-functioning air-conditioning is available only for the Eurostar train ticket.
Tickets issued as part of the promotion contribute Puntiviaggio points to the Trenitalia Cartaviaggio programme.
