New regulations for travelling from one region to another.
From 1 November for journeys between more than one region the fares provided for by the relevant regions are applied as a proportion of the journey sections.
Starting from that date, tickets and Travelcards of the Espressi (Express) Trains will no longer be valid for journeys from one region to another on the regional trains.

From 25 October you can buy the new Travelcards and from 1 November, the new tickets through our sales network:
from the 450 station ticket desks and 1,732 Self service tellers
at over 5,500 newspaper sellers, bars and tobacconists'
at 3,400 travel agencies
Three simple ways for travelling according to the rules:
Buy the new tickets and Travelcards, made up of "tesserina" (card) and adhesive "tagliandi" (vouchers) of the journey value.
Apply the voucher stickers to the suitable spaces.
Validate by stamping all the vouchers applied to the card.
Travellers with tickets at ordinary national fares for Express trains or with incomplete cards (vouchers not stuck onto them and/or not stamped individually, or spaces not completed) will be considered as being without a ticket and subject to the fines under the current rules and regulations.
On a provisional basis,the already-bought single tickets at ordinary national fares for Express trains can still be used until 31/12/2007.
Holders of annual Travelcards at the "21/At/Ter" fare, valid for 2007 can be used until their expiry without having to pay any alteration charge or make any integration.
