SPECIAL CONCESSION III (FOR BLIND PEOPLE)

Blind customers can use a pass "mod. 28/C" (valid 5 years) and appropriate requests (mod. 28) for journeys without an accompanying person.
Special Concession III makes provision for "isolated" journeys of the blind to have a 20% reduction off the ordinary fare to which the service change is added at full price if travelling on IC, IC Plus, ICN, ES*, ES* City, AV, Tbiz or with couchettes and WL. If travelling with an accompanying person, the concession allows a ticket to be issued that is valid for two persons. If travelling by ES*, ES* City, AV, Tbiz or Couchette or WL, a ticket is issued the blind customer at the price for the service requested, whereas the accompanying person must pay for the IC/ES*/ES* City/AV/Tbiz service change and the CC/WL service change respectively.
SPECIAL CONCESSION VIII (FOR INVALIDS OF WARS AND PUBLIC SERVICE)

To this category of invalid, tickets are issued for two persons at a 30% reduction off the ordinary fare; If a higher category train is used, the related service change must be paid for at the normal price. If the passenger is also entitled to having a person accompanying, only one ticket is issued, valid for two persons for the price of one. If passengers use IC/ICPlus/ICN trains a service change is also issued at full price which is valid for two persons as well.
For cases of travelling on ES*, ES* City, AV Tbiz, and couchette/WL services, the invalid customer is issued an ordinary ticket at the 30% reduction and a ES*/ES*city/AV/Tbiz or CC/WL service change while the accompanying person is issued a IC/ES*/ES* City/AV/Tbiz service change or a CC/WL service change respectively.
