Pay for PostoClick at the Cashpoint
PAY AT YOUR LOCAL CASHPOINT FOR TICKETS BOOKED WITH POSTOCLICK
Starting today due to the agreement with UniCredit Bank, tickets booked with the service Postoclick can also be paid in one of over 3,300 UniCredit Bank cashpoints.
The service can be used by customers holding cashpoint cards issued by any bank.
Using this new service is simple:
Make your booking with the Postoclick service directly on this site (following the normal purchasing procedure and choosing deferred payment), through the Call Center or by TIM mobile phone .
With the PNR that you will be given, go to one of UniCredit Bank's 3,300 cashpoints (you can find the nearest one on the UnicreditBanca website or phone the helpline 800.57.57.57) within 24 hours from the booking (and in any case at least 24 hours before train's departure for seats and 48 hours before for couchettes or WL.
After inserting your cashpoint card, go to the section "Altre Funzioni" (Other Functions) and then to the menu "Pagamenti & Utenze" (Payments & Utilities). Choose the option Biglietti Trenitalia (Trenitalia Tickets) and follow the instructions on the screen until receiving confirmation of payment.
You can then directly board your chosen train (remembering to take your PNR code with you) if, when booking on this site, you selected "ticketless" as the pick-up procedure. Alternatively, (i.e. if you selected "Self-service" as the pick-up procedure), before boarding you can pick up your ticket at a self-service station teller.
The payment service through cashpoint tellers costs an extra 1.50 €.
