Parking booking  

New Train + Parking service at Rome and Naples
REGULATIONS

The initiative is for all customers who - whether directly on this site or through the Call center - buy a ticket for the new "Train + Car-park" service, which links the journey with a Eurostar Italia train to a car parking place in the car parks of Roma Termini and Napoli Centrale railway stations.
You can either buy linked tickets for the ES* train and for parking using the ticketless procedure, or you can pick up your ticket:
from the station ticket desks
using the self-service machines

The prices of the "Train + Car-park" service are those for the journey bought on Eurostar Italia increased by 25 euro.

Please remember that:
your ES ticket is valid for the day and train booked
The parking time allowed is from 6 am of your departure day until 1 am of the subsequent day; access to the car park is nevertheless allowed up until one hour after departure of the last Eurostar train for which this service can be used

Customers who after buying the combined ticket (train and parking) do not leave the car park within the time limit must directly pay Metropark for the extra time at the ordinary price.


Booking Change

Before 16.00 on the day before departure, provided that there are places available both on the new train booked and in the car park, you can make unlimited changes to your "train + parking" packet without paying any surcharge.
The packet change can be made through this site or the Call Center.
When asking to make a change, if you have already picked up your original tickets:
For the train journey : pick up the receipt from a self service machine, with the new seat booking on the Eurostar Italia train and use it together with the original ticket
For parking: you may continue to use the PNR indicated on the original parking receipt

After 16.00 you can only change booking of the Eurostar train according to the conditions of the current Regulations.


Refunds

You can request a refund only of the Eurostar Italia ticket while the parking ticket tokens alone cannot be refunded.

Refunds can be requested at the ticket offices or Call Center. In particular:
By 16.00 on the day before departure of the booked Eurostar Italia train you can apply for a refund of the whole packet (train + parking)
After 16.00 refunds are only allowed of the ES* ticket. Should you not want to - or cannot - use the car park, the related price cannot will be refunded.

Refunds requested due to events caused by fault of Trenitalia are allowed for the full packet, under current Regulations.

Bonuses for delays or non-functioning of the air conditioning systems only apply to tickets on Eurostar trains.

This service is valid for points collection under the "IC Card" scheme.
